Practice Areas

Our Investment & Transaction team, at the centre of all we do, has a track-record worthy of its primary standing.

The team combines solid expertise on real estate investments with extensive knowledge of the market, advising clients early as to potential issues that could arise, and how to solve them. Our team’s objective is the same as the client’s: to create innovative and simplified solutions to achieve closing, coordinating with the teams who follow the planning, financing, and tax aspects of the transaction.

The activities of the Investment & Transaction team focus on the drafting and negotiating of a broad set of contracts:

  • sale and purchase agreements, for asset or share deals, for single buildings or real estate complexes;
  • deed of contributions to real estate funds for the marketing and disposal of real estate portfolios, or single buildings;
  • lease agreements and business leases, representing owners and lessees alike;
  • built to suit (BTS) agreements, prevalently for logistics assets and data centers, also through forward or purchase funding;
  • built to rent (BTR) contract for the residential sector;
  • hotel management agreements and agreements for the management of university purpose-built student accommodations;
  • key deeds in the context of extraordinary corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures;
  • models to structure SIIQs, SICAFs, club deals and the rules governing real estate funds.

In addition to advising on extraordinary transactions across the spectrum of types of real estate, we are highly experienced in day-to-day management, and can offer real estate operators assistance in property and facility management for their portfolio of assets.

The leading international directories, such as Chambers and Legal 500, have consistently recognised the achievements of our firm and professionals in the top Tiers and in Band 1.
