Thanks to the expertise we have acquired in matters of zoning, planning and construction, we are always involved from the very beginning of each and every transaction. Our firm researches the assets targeted for acquisition, studying their construction history and identifying the applicable planning (spanning from local regulations to national heritage restrictions), so as to outline the assets’ development potential.
Our assistance does not stop once acquisition is completed. We consult with the developer in all phases starting from urban planning and construction permitting, zoning variances, to whatever permit is necessary to build or perform construction works.

Commercial Licenses

Environment
