Carolina, partner at SI – Studio Inzaghi, focuses on urban planning and construction law.
She has particular experience in real estate transactions, including in the development of different real estate assets.
Carolina advises alternative investment funds and leading real estate companies, both Italian and international, as well as public administrations, on the management of urban planning, construction and environmental procedures.
She has particular expertise in advising on the legal aspects of public contracts, local public transportation and environmental law matters. Carolina also has a strong background advising public administrations, in particular the Municipality of Milan and the Tuscany Region.
