Gabriele Paladini

Gabriele is a tax partner of SI – Studio Inzaghi, Ph. D. in corporate tax law. He advises national and international clients on a wide range of tax matters of the real estate industry.

Gabriele has particular experience in advising institutional investors, REITs, Italian real estate alternative investment funds (both contractual funds and funds incorporated as companies) and domestic real estate companies, covering every major asset class (logistic assets, offices, data centres, residential properties, hotels).

He has a strong background advising domestic and international clients in tax aspects of cross– border investment structures, alternative investment funds and real estate financing. His experience covers VAT and transfer taxes of real estate transactions and tax aspects of development projects.

Member of the Milan Chartered Accountants Association since 2007.
