Ivana is co–founding partner at SI – Studio Inzaghi and advises national and international clients in all areas of real estate law, including acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets (directly or through investment structures), real estate developments, sale– lease back and lease agreements.
Ivana has particular experience in sale– lease back and lease agreements, acting both on landlord side and tenant side, that enables her to adopt a balanced deal– oriented approach.
Chambers 2024 ranked her in Band 3 and client says: “Ivana is an extremely efficient and driven lawyer. She always gets what is best for her client”.
