Paolo is a partner at SI – Studio Inzaghi and specializes in all aspects of real estate litigation, both judicial and out– of– court. He has extensive experience in litigation aspects of commercial real estate agreements.
Paolo acts for national and international investors and regulated fund managers (SGR) in commercial litigation related to real rights, leases, assets disposals, contracts, condominiums and insolvency law.
He began his professional career at Studio Marensi, founded by his family in 1888.
In 2024, Paolo and his team joined SI – Studio Inzaghi, establishing the real estate litigation practice.
