Silvia Gnocco
Founding Partner
Silvia is a co–founding partner at SI – Studio Inzaghi and advises both national and international clients in navigating the town planning and construction aspects of real estate transactions.
She has a strong background advising clients from the due diligence phase to the subsequent development of the asset. Silvia has particular experience in drafting town planning variations and implementation plans, including negotiating the town planning agreements, as well as guiding clients through the entitlement phase.
Silvia focuses on various matters, including public contracts, particularly in the context of public works, public– private partnerships, and environmental law. This encompasses assessment procedures such as EIA and SEA, permits like IPPC, and the remediation of polluted sites, all within the framework of urban regeneration efforts.
Silvia has been recognized as a “Next Generation Partner” by the Legal500 directory.
